This website will determine if you are at high risk of diabetes by using machine learning.
You will be given a questionnaire of 16 questions. The questions are based on the Behavioral
Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS), a system of surveys conducted by the CDC that
collect data on health risks and chronic health conditions. The model will predict whether or
not you are at high risk of diabetes using your answers.
